浙江省小型矿山众多,井下工人一般从事混合工种,接触混合性粉尘,工人健康受到粉尘威胁。本文选择性研究了六类10种矿尘对大鼠肺脏的影响,以期了解不同性质粉尘的致病作用,为综合评价矿尘对机体的危害和实施预防提供依据。 材料和方法:实验动物选用Wistar大鼠,体重180~220克,雌雄各半。矿尘分别取自2个叶腊石矿、矾矿、膨润土矿、2个铅锌矿、3个煤矿和萤石矿的矿壁沉积尘,经研磨,90%以上粉尘小于5μm。
There are many small mines in Zhejiang Province. Underground workers are generally engaged in mixed workplaces exposed to mixed dust and workers’ health is threatened by dust. In this paper, the effects of six types of 10 kinds of dust on the lungs of rats were studied selectively in order to understand the pathogenicity of different kinds of dusts and to provide a basis for the comprehensive evaluation of the hazards and prevention of dust on the body. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Wistar rats were selected as experimental animals and weighed 180-220 grams with half male and one female. Mine dust were taken from two pyrophyllite, alum, bentonite, two lead-zinc mines, three coal mines and fluorite ore wall deposition of dust, after grinding, more than 90% of dust less than 5μm.
