研究发现,尿酸对Luminol-Mn(Ⅱ)-KIO_4体系化学发光具有强烈抑制效应,建立了流动注射化学发光测定痕量尿酸的新方法。发光抑制强度与尿酸的浓度在5.0×10~(-9)~8.0×10~(-6)g/mL范围内呈良好线性关系,检出限为1.8×10~(-9)g/mL,采样频率为100次/h。本法用于尿液中尿酸的测定,得到满意结果。
The study found that uric acid has a strong inhibitory effect on chemiluminescence of Luminol-Mn (Ⅱ) -KIO_4 system, and a new method for the determination of trace uric acid by flow injection chemiluminescence was established. The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the intensity of inhibition and the concentration of uric acid in the range of 5.0 × 10 -9 ~ 8.0 × 10 -6 g / mL with the detection limit of 1.8 × 10 -9 g / mL , The sampling frequency is 100 times / h. This method is used for the determination of uric acid in urine and get satisfactory results.
