全面内战的威协,是笼罩今天中國的一個大黑影。在這個大黑影之下,自然什么都被遗忘了。幾百岁千萬人民的饥餓忘了,民主建国大業忘了。一切政协决議如改组政府、修改憲草等等都搁置在一边了。事实上,內戰的威脅■除,如何談得上這些問題?從此可知,顽固好戰份子之所以熱心於挑動内戰,其目的正便是要根本推翻這些政協的决議,阻止中國民主化。
