冶金部生产许可证办公室于1993年11月组织了国家建筑钢材质检中心等单位,对钢筋混凝土用热轧带肋钢筋进行生产许可证换证检查工作,并对有关企业进行了综合评审,现公布第1批取得钢筋生产许可证的企业.生产许可证有效期1994年5月1日～1999年4月30日.从1994年10月1日起使用新的许可证编号.凡是未取得钢筋混凝土用热轧带肋钢筋生产许可证的企业,不得生产该产品.取得许可证的企业,要继续加强质量管理,努力做好实物质量的稳定和提高工作.
In November 1993, the Ministry of Metallurgical Production Licensing Office organized the National Construction Steel Material Inspection Center and other units to carry out replacement permit inspection of hot-rolled ribbed steel bars for reinforced concrete, and conducted a comprehensive review of relevant enterprises. Announcement of the first batch of enterprises obtaining a steel bar production license. The production license is valid from May 1, 1994 to April 30, 1999. The new license number is used from October 1, 1994. Any reinforced concrete is not obtained. Enterprises that use hot-rolled ribbed bars production licenses may not produce such products. Enterprises that obtain permits shall continue to strengthen quality management and strive to stabilize and improve the quality of physical goods.
