我国民营石油化工企业诞生于20世纪60年代末70年代初,是中国石油市场的重要组成部分,但是一直处于中国石油市场的中下游地位。近年来,中国越来越关注能源产业创造的财富,因此关于民营石油化工企业绩效提升的研究意义重大,本文从企业自身因素,国内环境和国外环境等角度,并以恒逸石化为例,分析了我国民营石油化工企业发展的现状和难点,同时,为民营石油化工企业绩效提升提出了诸多建议。
China’s private petrochemical enterprises was born in the late 1960s and early 1970s, is an important part of China’s oil market, but has been in the middle and lower reaches of China’s oil market position. In recent years, China has been paying more and more attention to the wealth created by the energy industry. Therefore, the research on the performance improvement of private petrochemical enterprises is of great significance. Based on the factors of the enterprise itself, the domestic environment and the foreign environment, taking Hengyi Petrochemical as an example, The status quo and difficulties of the development of private petrochemical enterprises in our country, meanwhile, put forward many suggestions for improving the performance of private petrochemical enterprises.
