高塔吊的故障都由其计算机报警,通知使用者,举例说明排除故障的方法如下。一台FANTUZZI MHC65型高塔吊,出现“液压泵吸入压力低”报警。通过查看电气系统图纸得知,液压泵吸入压力开关与模块相连。由此可知其可能原因:一是此开关损坏,二是液压泵吸入压力确实低。找到给开关供电的接线端子,用万用表测量启动电压,若正常,则拆下开关查看其是否真的损坏;若不正常,则证明供电系统有问题。如果开关和供电系统都没有问题,即可证实液压泵的吸入压力确实过低,应查明原因排除。
