现代管理教育应遵循素质教育,以提高学生综合素质为宗旨,以培养创造性人才为核心,本文借鉴多尔4R理论的基本精髓,探索工商管理专业管理学实验教学体系的新模式,把重点放在培养学生的实践能力和创新能力方面,建立与理论教学密切结合,同时又具有相对独立的管理学实验教学体系。提出的“管理学实验演练教学方法”从定性和定量两个角度进行开放性的实验设计,构建了从教材建设、授课过程到考核方式的全新的管理学实验教学体系。
Modern management education should follow the quality education, to improve the overall quality of students for the purpose, to cultivate creative talents as the core, this paper draws on the basic essence of Dole 4R theory, to explore a new model of business management experiment teaching system, focusing on In terms of cultivating students’practical ability and innovative ability, it has established a close combination of theoretical teaching and at the same time has a relatively independent management experimental teaching system. The proposed “teaching method of management experiment training” from the perspective of qualitative and quantitative open experimental design, construction from teaching material construction, teaching process to the examination of the new management experiment teaching system.
