近年来因为英语师资质量不尽如人意使英语教师职前教育成为高等教育界关注的话题之一。传统实习模式因为组织形式单一,实习内容陈旧,实习生和带队教师缺乏联系等问题而亟待改革和创新。在学习共同体理论指导下构建网络环境下的实习共同体,这种创新实习模式具有信息交流及时,信息利于共享,实习三方关系和谐等特点,同时它有利于启发创造性学习的意愿,能够加强实习三方的合作意识和探究精神。
In recent years, due to the unsatisfactory quality of English teachers, pre-vocational education for English teachers has become one of the topics of concern in higher education. The traditional internship model calls for reforms and innovations because of its single organizational form, outdated internships, lack of contact between internships and leading teachers. Under the guidance of the learning community theory, the practice community under the network environment is constructed. This innovative practice model has the characteristics of timely information exchange, information sharing, and internship of tripartite relationships.
