1 热水锅炉水管烟侧腐蚀特点热水锅炉水管烟侧开始出现明显腐蚀现象,一般是在锅炉安装投用三年后,腐蚀的水管大多是靠炉墙或炉拱的水冷壁管及对流管,腐蚀严重的部位一般在水管靠墙侧,尤其是水管弯曲部分;水管外壁腐蚀均为溃疡性凹坑腐蚀,部分水管外表面有较厚的黑色氧化铁;在水管与炉墙、炉顶或炉拱接触处,均有积灰现象,烟灰中含有灰白色或微黄色的结晶物,该结晶物极易溶于水,其水溶液pH为3~5,呈强酸性。经调查统计发现,锅炉出水温度越低,水管烟侧腐蚀越严重;锅炉积灰越多,水管烟侧腐蚀越严重。
