35Ni-15Cr型铁基高温合金是我国自行研制的发动机涡轮盘材料。它的综合性能良好,组织稳定,可以满足650~700℃以下长期使用的发动机涡轮盘的要求。一种新材料要在发动机中正式使用,必须通过长期试车和试飞考验。然而这类试验极其昂贵而且周期很长。为了考核涡轮盘盘体和榫头部分的强度,先用成品盘进行超转超温试验是适宜的。 用自制的立式试验器进行本试验。六个热电偶装于涡轮盘的不同部位,以测量温度场。用光电测速装置和齿轮测速装置同时测量转速。为了测量轮盘超转试验后直径方向的尺寸变化,试验前在涡轮盘的四个不同位置作标记。
35Ni-15Cr-based iron-based superalloy is developed by our own engine turbine disk material.
