失效三阶段中偶然失效期是研究得最多的,应用也最广泛。为了要证实设备或器件已进入偶然失效期,过去已对早期失效期有了一定的研究,但对失效的第三阶段——耗损失效期研究较少。失效率较低的器件其耗损失效期相对说来得较早,但即使已进入耗损失效期也并不表示该器件已马上不能使用。因此研究耗损失效期的失效规律对较有把握地充分利用器件的工作能力是有帮助的。本文提供了一条研究耗损失效期失效规律的途径。
The failure period in the three stages of failure is the most studied and the most widely used. In order to confirm that the device or device has entered the period of accidental expiration, some studies have been made on the period of early expiration, but the third stage of failure - the period of expiration of depletion has been less studied. A device with a lower failure rate is relatively earlier in terms of its wear-out period, but even if it has entered a wear-out period does not mean that the device is not immediately available. Therefore, it is helpful to study the failure law of the depletion period to make full use of the working ability of the device.
