本文介绍了民用飞机管路系统适坠性研究的重要意义,并利用ABAQUS有限元分析软件中显式非线性动态分析(ABAQUS/Explicit),对管路系统适坠性要求进行了模拟仿真分析研究。识别了管路特征、冲击锤特征、冲击高度、充压情况、卡箍个数及卡箍间距、导管长度、卡箍等因素对燃油管路系统冲击试验中导管破坏的影响。可为后续模拟件和装机试验件的试验研究提供参考,为国内民用飞机燃油系统适坠性研究提供参考依据。
This paper introduces the importance of the research on the adaptability of civil aircraft plumbing system. By using the explicit nonlinear dynamic analysis (ABAQUS / Explicit) in the ABAQUS finite element analysis software, the simulation study on the adaptability of the plumbing system is made . The influences of pipeline characteristics, impact hammer characteristics, impact height, charge pressure, number of clamps, clamp spacing, conduit length and clamp on the conduit damage in fuel piping system were identified. It can provide a reference for the experimental research of the subsequent simulation parts and installed test pieces and provide a reference for the study on the adaptability to the domestic civil aircraft fuel system.
