管理就是决策。我们通常所说的物资管理工作,实质上也就是一种决策工作。所谓决策,是指为解决当前或未来可能发生的某一问题,根据一定的标准,从拟订的多种行动方案中,选择一个最佳方案的过程。比如:某物资企业需要订购一批钢材,生产这种钢材的钢厂有好几个,但每个钢厂的交货期和订货费用各不相同,考虑到企业的经济效益,到底选择哪个钢厂订货更为经济,这就需要企业的有关人员进行决策。类似这样的决策和其他的决策问题,在物资企业的整个经营管理过程中将会经常遇到。在市场竞争愈来愈激烈的情况下,决策的好坏,关系到企业经营管理
Management is a decision. What we often call material management is in essence a kind of decision-making. The so-called decision-making refers to the process of selecting an optimal plan from a variety of action plans that have been formulated in order to solve a certain problem that may occur at present or in the future. For example, a material company needs to order a batch of steel. There are several steel mills that produce this type of steel. However, the delivery time and the ordering cost of each steel mill are different. Which steel mill is selected in consideration of the economic benefits of the company? Ordering is more economical, which requires the personnel of the company to make decisions. Similar decision-making and other decision-making problems will often be encountered during the entire operation and management process of material companies. In the increasingly fierce market competition, the quality of decision-making is related to the management of enterprises.
