教学档案管理是本单位教学改革和发展的历史见证,在教学过程的科学化管理和手段创新中起着重要的参考作用,因此,各系级教学单位要不断通过对档案整理过程的学习,加强档案工作服务意识,挖掘档案管理的多种服务功能,提高其科学化、系统化和电子信息化服务水平。本项目是2008年度湖北水利水电职业技术学院院级一般项目《条形码技术应用于教学档案管理的研究》(Hbsyyb0819-1)中阶段性成果之一。
The management of teaching records is the historical testimony of teaching reform and development in this unit. It plays an important reference role in the scientific management of teaching process and innovation of means. Therefore, the teaching units of various departments should continuously strengthen their learning through the course of file arrangement File service awareness, mining a variety of file management services, improve its scientific, systematic and electronic information service level. This project is one of the phased achievements of the 2008 general project “Bar Code Technology Used in Teaching Archives Management” of Hubei Institute of Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering (Hbsyyb0819-1).
