为观察正常婴幼儿脑干听觉诱发电位情况 ,对 2 0名婴儿、32名幼儿及 2 6名成人在相同条件下进行脑干听觉诱发电位检测。测试各波出波率、潜伏期、各波间期、双耳波Ⅴ差和波Ⅰ~Ⅴ间期差。结果显示 :3组的各波出波率以波Ⅴ出波率最高。各波潜伏期、各波间期值及双耳波Ⅴ潜伏期差和波Ⅰ~Ⅴ间期差 ,婴、幼儿两组分别同成年组比较均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。婴、幼儿两组相比无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。婴、幼儿各波潜伏期同刺激强度的关系 ,与成人相同。脑干听觉诱发电位用于观察和评价听功能和中枢神经系统的发育、成熟是一种客观的、有价值的和可靠的检测手段。对于婴幼儿耳聋的早期发现和早期诊断具有重要的临床意义。但做为临床应用 ,还应同时参考其它有关的小儿听力学检测方法。
To observe the brainstem auditory evoked potentials in normal infants, brainstem auditory evoked potentials were detected under the same conditions in 20 infants, 32 infants and 26 adults. The wave excursion rate, latency, inter-wave interval, Ⅴ wave difference between two ear and wave interval between wave Ⅰ and Ⅴ were tested. The results show that: the three groups of each wave out rate of wave Ⅴ out of the highest wave rate. There were significant differences between the two groups (P <0.01), the latency of each wave, the value of each wave, the latency of wave Ⅴ and the duration of wave Ⅰ-Ⅴ. Infants and young children had no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Infant, young children wave latency and intensity of the relationship between the same with adults. Brainstem auditory evoked potential for the observation and evaluation of hearing and central nervous system development, maturation is an objective, valuable and reliable means of detection. For infant early detection and early detection of deafness has important clinical significance. However, as a clinical application, should also refer to other relevant pediatric audiology testing methods.
