通过江苏省“宗教界代表人士培养和团体建设基本情况及问题”专题调研发现,全省宗教团体和宗教界代表人士队伍建设的总体状况良好,并在工作实践中取得一些宝贵经验。为了进一步做好全省宗教界代表人士培养和宗教团体建设工作,切实解决工作中存在的实际问题,需要通过建立和推进以团体统领场所管理和发展的模式、拓宽培养宗教界人才的视野和途径、强化有关宗教组织的教会功能等措施,积极提升宗教界代表人士培养和团体建设工作的效能。
Through the special survey on “Basic Information on the Cultivation of the Representatives of the Religious Community and Group Construction in Jiangsu Province”, it was found that the overall construction of the ranks of the representatives of the religious organizations and religious circles in the province is in good condition and some precious experience has been gained in the practice of the work. In order to further improve the cultivation of religious representatives in the province’s religious circles and the construction of religious groups, and to effectively solve the practical problems in their work, we need to broaden the horizons and ways of cultivating talents in religious circles by establishing and advancing the model of the management and development of places under the command of the groups , Strengthen the religious functions of the church and other measures to actively raise the religious representatives and personnel training and community building work effectiveness.
