基于赫茨伯格的双因素理论,采用调查法分析中学生学校生活满意度及其主要影响因素。结果表明:保健因素中生活环境维度的满意度显著低于整体学校生活满意度,学校管理和技术性关系维度满意度相对较高;激励因素中群体感、认可维度的满意度高于整体学校生活满意度,发展维度满意度一般,学习维度满意度较低。
Based on Herzberg’s two-factor theory, the survey method is used to analyze the secondary school students’ satisfaction with school life and its main influencing factors. The results showed that the satisfaction degree of life environment dimension in health factors was significantly lower than that of overall school life satisfaction, and the satisfaction degree of school management and technical relationship dimension was relatively high. Among groups of motivation factors, the satisfaction degree of group feeling and recognition dimension was higher than that of overall school life Degree of satisfaction with the development of the general dimension, learning dimension satisfaction is low.
