拒绝照料患病配偶《婚姻法》和《民法》等都明文规定,配偶一方如果患病,另一方负有对其照料、抚养的义务,对方生活不能自理则更应尽抚养责任。如果拒绝照料、抚养没有生活自理能力的配偶即属违法,情节严重的则构成遗弃罪。偷盗父母财产《老年人权益保障法》规定,对偷盗老年人财物的家庭成员应予以治安处置直至追究刑事责任。如果子女与父母已经分家,那么父母的财产属于个人私有,任何人包括子女都不得非法侵占,儿女偷盗父母财产严重的,同样构成盗窃罪。
