以红枣品种“骏枣”为试材,在红枣种植方式、肥料施用量、田间管理条件等均相同的情况下,采用6种不同的微咸水轮灌、混灌方式对红枣进行滴灌,以当地常规淡水灌溉为对照,研究不同微咸水灌溉方式与红枣果实品质间的关系。结果表明:用微咸水滴灌对红枣品质有正向影响,适量的微咸水灌溉可以在一定程度上增加红枣可溶性糖、维生素C和可溶性固形物含量,降低有机酸含量。在试验灌溉方式中花期轮灌2次微咸水,挂果期轮灌1次微咸水的处理是适宜该地区红枣的最佳微咸水灌溉方式。
Using jujube variety “Jujube” as test material, six different kinds of brackish water were used to irrigate and mix the jujube under the same conditions such as jujube cultivation, fertilizer application and field management conditions. , With the local conventional freshwater irrigation as a control, to study the relationship between different brackish water irrigation methods and jujube fruit quality. The results showed that drip irrigation with brackish water had a positive effect on the quality of jujube. The moderate amount of brackish water could increase the content of soluble sugar, vitamin C and soluble solids and the content of organic acids to a certain extent. In the experimental irrigation method, two times of brackish water flowering at the flowering stage and one brackish water treatment at the fruiting stage are the best brackish water irrigation methods suitable for the jujube in the area.
