生物兴趣小组对酸性矿山环境的微生物群落进行了调查分析,利用FeO、改良NA培养基两种选择性培养基从铜陵狮子山尾矿区采集的酸性矿山废水和尾砂样品中分离纯化得到8株微生物,通过对其形态特征观察和16S rRNA基因序列分析,得到的8株微生物可分为Acidiphilium、Acidisphaera等5个属微生物。
The biological interest group investigated and analyzed the microbial communities in the acidic mine environment. Eight kinds of selective media from FeO and modified NA medium were used to isolate and purify eight kinds of microorganisms from acidic mine waste water and tailings collected from the tailings mining area in Lion’s tailings, Tongling. Through the observation of its morphological characteristics and 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis, the 8 strains of microorganisms can be divided into 5 genera of Acidiphilium and Acidisphaera.
