口语交际教学存在许多问题,学生口语交际能力并没有明显的提高。调查发现,制约小学生“口语交际”能力发展的不利因素主要有:口语交际训练缺乏计划性,训练量少;与语文教学脱节,训练效果得不到巩固;训练流于形式,没有落到实处;内容远离学生生活,缺乏真实性和实用性;没有互动和合作,缺乏交互性;教师在教学过程中的主导性发挥不好,教学质量低等。要解决这些问题,可从以下几个方面改进:一是融口语交际训练于语文整体教学之中,增强训练的实效性;二是观察、思维和语言训练有机结合,着眼学生的整体发展;三是口语交际训练要注重形式、内容的多样与创新,讲究训练的趣味性、灵感性;四是注重群体参与互动,发展个性特长;五是让学生走进社会,拓宽口语交际的生活源。
There are many problems in oral communicative teaching, and there is no obvious improvement in students’ communicative competence. To solve these problems, we can improve on the following aspects: First, integrate oral communication training into the overall Chinese teaching so as to enhance the effectiveness of training; second, integrate the combination of observation, thinking and language training to focus on the overall development of students; Oral communication training should pay attention to form and content of diversity and innovation, pay attention to the training of fun, inspirational; Fourth, pay attention to groups to participate in the interaction, the development of personality specialty; Fifth, let students into the community, broaden the source of oral communication life.
