针对目前计量泵存在的精度不高、价格昂贵、不能二次开发及变量喷雾过程中药液微小流量的控制等问题,提出了一种基于LabVIEW的电控喷油器微型变流量控制系统的设计方案。该方案采用小型电控喷油器和数据采集卡等设备,建立电控喷油器数学模型,分析电控喷油器流量最佳控制状态,采用实测数据拟合流量和电压间的函数关系。实验结果证明,该系统具有成本低、运行简单、稳定可靠和方便在线控制等优势,解决了农业变量喷雾过程中微小流量的控制精度问题,可广泛应用到农业变量喷雾技术中。
Aiming at the problems such as low accuracy, high cost, unable to develop secondary flow and control of tiny liquid flow in variable spray process, the design of micro variable flow control system based on LabVIEW is proposed Program. The program uses a small electronic fuel injector and data acquisition card and other equipment to establish mathematical model of electronic fuel injector, fuel injector electronic control flow analysis of the best state of control, using measured data to fit the relationship between flow and voltage. The experimental results show that the system has the advantages of low cost, simple operation, stable and reliable and convenient on-line control, and solves the problem of the control precision of the tiny flow in the process of agricultural variable spray. It can be widely applied to agricultural variable spray technology.
