研究结果表明,敌枯双对大鼠和小鼠胚胎DNA和RNA合成有明显抑制作用,其中DNA合成抑制更为显著,作用强弱取决于给药剂量。在给敌枯双同时给于等量烟酰胺,可使DNA和RNA合成抑制恢复至正常。敌枯双与胚胎DNA 共价结合为弱作用,给于等量烟酰胺不影响此作用。进一步提示敌枯双对DNA和RNA合成抑制的机理很可能与其致畸作用有关。
The results show that the enemy dry dual pairs of rat and mouse embryos DNA and RNA synthesis was significantly inhibited, of which DNA synthesis inhibition is more pronounced, depending on the role of dose. The same amount of nicotinamide administered at the same time as the dry enemy doubled the inhibition of DNA and RNA synthesis back to normal. The enemy dry double covalently bound to the embryonic DNA as a weak effect, for the same amount of nicotinamide does not affect this effect. It is further suggested that the mechanism of DNA and RNA synthesis inhibition may be related to its teratogenicity.
