在庆祝建国三十五周年的喜庆日子里,我国热处理工作者同全国各条战线的建设者们一样,心情激动,豪情满怀。三十五年来,我国热处理生产技术和生产水平有了很大的进步。特别是党的十一届三中全会以来,党和政府非常重视我国热处理技术的发展。国家经委曾召开了三次全国性的热处理经验交流会,开展了“搞好热处理,零件一项几”活动,积极推广和发展了一批热处理新技术。热处理技术在提高产品质量、增加经济效益等方面发挥了重要作用。 During the celebration of the 35th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China, our heat-treatment workers, like the builders of all fronts in the country, are excited and full of pride. Thirty-five years, China’s heat treatment production technology and production levels have made great strides. Especially since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party, the party and government attach great importance to the development of heat treatment technology in our country. The State Economic and Trade Commission has held three nationwide exchanges of experience in heat treatment and conducted a series of activities such as “doing a good job of heat treatment and spare parts”, and actively promoted and developed a batch of new heat treatment technologies. Heat treatment technology has played an important role in improving product quality and increasing economic benefits.
