目的:探讨工频电磁场对作业人员血清酶学的影响。方法:采用 CX4全自动生化分析仪对500KV 超高压工频场强下作业人员41例进行γ-GT(γ-谷氨酰转酞酶),LDH(乳酸脱氢酶)、ALT(谷草转氨酶)及 AST(谷丙转氨酶)检测,并对不同高压工龄与年龄进行分组比较,以53例非高压从业人员为对照。结果:四种血清酶均有随高压工龄增长而酶活性增高的趋势,差别显著或极为显著(P<0.05~0.001)。结论:工频电磁场作业人员的主要脏器可能存在不同程度的损伤,并支持文献中提出的恶性肿瘤、白血病等与电磁污染密切相关的结论。
Objective: To investigate the effect of power frequency electromagnetic field on serum enzyme of workers. Methods: CX4 automatic biochemical analyzer was used to detect the activity of γ-GT (γ-glutamyl transpeptidase), LDH (lactate dehydrogenase), ALT (aspartate aminotransferase) And AST (alanine aminotransferase) test, and different high-pressure working age and grouping, compared with 53 cases of non-high-pressure employees as a control. Results: The activities of all the four kinds of serum enzymes tended to increase with the increase of senior working pressure and the activity was significantly higher (P <0.05 ~ 0.001). CONCLUSION: The main organs of workers in MF electromagnetic field may have different degrees of damage, and support the conclusion that the malignant tumors, leukemias and so on are closely related to electromagnetic pollution proposed in the literature.
