农村道路交通安全管理工作是新农村建设的有机组成部分。影响农村道路交通安全的因素有路、车、人和管理等。加强农村道路交通安全管理,要构建政府主导、社会参与的多元化的农村道路交通安全管理机制,切实提高农村交通安全管理工作水平;要充实管理力量,不断加大农村道路的警力和经费投入;要加大执法力度,专项治理农村地区突出交通安全问题;要加大宣传力度,切实提高农民群众的交通安全意识;要加大农村交通基础和安全设施条件的建设力度。
Rural road traffic safety management is an integral part of new rural construction. Affect rural road traffic safety factors, roads, vehicles, people and management. To strengthen rural road traffic safety management, it is necessary to establish a diversified rural road traffic safety management mechanism based on government-led and social participation so as to effectively improve the level of traffic safety management in rural areas. We should make full use of management forces and constantly increase police and funding for rural roads. It is necessary to intensify law enforcement and special efforts to highlight outstanding traffic safety issues in rural areas. We must step up publicity to effectively raise awareness of peasants and people on traffic safety and intensify the construction of rural transport infrastructure and safety facilities.
