选择确诊住院的29例男性急性心肌梗塞病人,随机分为对照组11例及睾酮治疗组18例,观察了肌注睾酮对心泵功能的影响。结果证明,治疗组肌注睾酮后,21天时射血分数较入院时显著改善(P<0.001),而对照组始终未见明显恢复(P>0.05)。提示适量睾酮可以改善男性急性心肌梗塞病人的心泵功能。
Twenty-nine male patients with acute myocardial infarction who were diagnosed as hospitalized were randomly divided into control group (n = 11) and testosterone group (n = 18). The effects of intramuscular injection of testosterone on cardiac pump function were observed. The results showed that, after intramuscular injection of testosterone, the ejection fraction at 21 days was significantly improved (P <0.001), while the control group showed no significant recovery (P> 0.05). Tip right amount of testosterone can improve cardiac pump function in male patients with acute myocardial infarction.
