结直肠癌(CRC)是常见的恶性肿瘤之一,手术、放疗、化疗及分子靶向治疗是主要治疗手段。随着近年来免疫学的发展,CRC作为一种免疫源性肿瘤,其免疫治疗亦逐渐引起广泛关注。免疫治疗主要包括单克隆抗体、免疫检查点抑制剂、细胞因子、疫苗等。本文就CRC的免疫治疗的进展进行综述。
Colorectal cancer (CRC) is one of the common malignant tumors. Surgical, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and molecular targeted therapy are the main treatments. With the development of immunology in recent years, CRC as an immunogenic tumor, its immunotherapy has gradually attracted widespread attention. Immunotherapy mainly includes monoclonal antibodies, immune checkpoint inhibitors, cytokines, vaccines and so on. This article reviews the progress of CRC immunotherapy.
