本文分析了小模数齿轮滾刀标准制订中的几个主要问题。根据我国的技术发展状况及理论分析,并参照国内外有关的小模数齿轮滾刀标准(我国仪表厂的现行厂标、瑞士的Mikron厂标准、苏联的AH 1200标准、ГОСТ10331-63标准、美国AGMA122、02标准及日本JISB4355-1957标准),提出了小模数齿轮滾刀的检验要素及公差、滾刀的外径及滾刀齿槽数。为了适应技术发展的需要,在标准中列入了加工64级精度齿轮的滾刀。标准中采用了优先数系,以利于缩减刀具规格、便于集中生产及提高质量。
