在使用人造金刚石时,往往需要把它与金属焊成复合材料——金属与金刚石整体结构,才能制成各种钻头,砂轮,车刀,拔丝模等。目前世界上只有少数国家能制造硬质合金与金刚石的复合结构。主要关键是钎焊技术问题。人造金刚石与硬质合金焊接有三个困难: 1.因为人造超硬材料的化学稳定性高,液态钎料不易润湿其表面,有时虽能润湿,但因结合力小,也不能获得牢固的钎焊接头。
