本研究使用透射电镜对实验性小鼠前胃鳞癌细胞的超微结构进行了观察,其主要特征为:癌细胞有伪足样浆胞突起。形状不规则;微绒毛、桥粒和细胞器的数量、性状或分布规律异常。分裂相癌细胞形状变圆,与其他癌细胞之间的连接装置几乎完全消失,但可查见丝状物质。环绕癌细胞巢的基底膜样结构不连续。间质中有较多的纤维母细胞和新生毛细血管。还发现在癌组织与毛细血管之间出现纤细的颗粒状物质并堆成云絮状。其性质是否为机体与肿瘤之间的相互作用产物,有何意义尚待研究探讨。
In this study, transmission electron microscopy was used to observe the ultrastructure of experimental mice gastric squamous cell carcinoma, the main features are: cancer cells pseudopodia-like plasma cell processes. Irregular shape; abnormalities in the number, traits or distribution of microvilli, desmosomes and organelles. Split-phase cancer cells became round in shape, almost completely disappearing from the connection with other cancer cells, but the filamentous substance was found. The basal membrane-like structures surrounding the cancer cell nests are discontinuous. There are more interstitial fibroblasts and nascent capillaries. Also found in the cancer tissue and capillaries appear between the fine granular material and clouds of floc. Whether its nature is the product of the interaction between the body and the tumor, what is the significance of research yet to be explored.
