本文首先通过对社会实践教育内涵界定,现状分析,得出创新社会实践的过程管理,是摆在广大教育工作者面前亟待解决的现实问题,由此提出校本PDCA实践教育模式;通过对PDCA实践教育模式架构分析,实践试验分析,有效性分析等,提出PDCA实践教育模式的改进措施。最后得出,PDCA实践教育模式是企业文化融入校园文化的又一次再利用。是提高学校管理水平,促进教育活动良性循环的重要保障。
First of all, through the analysis of the connotation of social practice education and the analysis of the current situation, this paper draws the conclusion that the process management of innovative social practice is a practical problem to be solved in front of the majority of educators. Therefore, a PDCA practical education model is proposed. Model structure analysis, practical test analysis, effectiveness analysis and so on, puts forward the improvement measures of PDCA practical education mode. At last, PDCA practical education model is another reuse of corporate culture into campus culture. It is an important guarantee for improving the management level of schools and promoting the virtuous circle of educational activities.
