随着开采深度增加,受高地应力影响,倾斜煤层穿层巷道非对称变形问题更加显著。为解决非对称变形巷道的支护难题,针对典型巷道,采用理论计算、现场观测和数值模拟等方法对该类巷道的应力分布和非对称变形规律进行研究,得出以下结论:倾斜煤层穿层巷道应力集中具有沿层分布的特点;非对称变形规律受煤层倾角的全局影响作用和围岩岩性差异的局部影响作用;巷道支护应该以“4个关键”为基础,采用非等强支护方案。通过现场实践过程中巷道围岩位移量的观测,证明了理论的适用性,为相似巷道支护提供依据。
With the increase of mining depth, the problem of asymmetric deformation of the cross-section roadway in inclined coal seam is more significant due to the impact of the high ground stress. In order to solve the problem of asymmetric deformation of roadway support, for the typical roadway, using theoretical calculation, field observation and numerical simulation methods to study the stress distribution and asymmetric deformation of this kind of roadway, the following conclusions are drawn: The stress concentration in the roadway has the characteristics of distribution along the layers. The asymmetric deformation law is affected by the global influence of coal seam dip angle and the local influence of the rock lithology differences. The roadway support should be based on “4 key points” Strong support program. Through the observation of displacement of surrounding rock in the process of field practice, the applicability of the theory is proved and the basis for similar roadway support is provided.
