目的:对平阳县综合医院护士遭受工作场所暴力的现状及相关影响因素进行调查研究,为制订干预措施提供依据。方法:2013年12月~2014年2月采用问卷调查的方式,对全平阳县几家综合性医院520名护理人员进行问卷调查,内容包括护理人员的一般情况、组织环境管理情况及工作场所暴力发生情况。结果:过去1年中共有387名护士遭受过工作场所暴力,发生率为75%。影响因素结果显示,不同年龄、民族、学历、工作年限、职称和婚姻状况与暴力发生率间无统计学意义;不同性别、职务、工作部门和独生子女情况与暴力发生率有统计学意义。不同社会人口学特征人群的组织环境管理满意度评分结果显示,不同年龄、民族、学历、工作部门、婚姻状况和独生子女情况对组织环境管理的评分无统计学意义,不同性别、工作年限、职称和职务的评分有统计学意义。结论:综合医院护士遭受工作场所暴力是普遍现象,对护士身心造成严重伤害,管理层应全面提升医院组织环境的管理水平,减少和避免其对护士的职业伤害。
Objective: To investigate the current situation of nurses suffering from workplace violence in Pingyang County General Hospital and the related influencing factors, and to provide the basis for the formulation of intervention measures. Methods: From December 2013 to February 2014, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 520 nursing staffs in several general hospitals in Pingyang County. The questionnaire survey included the general situation of nurses, environmental management of the organization and violence in the workplace What happened? RESULTS: A total of 387 nurses were subjected to workplace violence in the past year, at a rate of 75%. The results of the influencing factors showed that there was no significant difference in age, ethnicity, academic record, working life, professional title, marital status and violence rate. The incidence of violence and gender situation in different genders, positions, working units and only children were statistically significant. Satisfaction scores of the organization’s environmental management in different socio-demographic groups show that there is no significant difference in environmental management among different age groups, ethnic groups, academic qualifications, work departments, marital status and only child status, and gender, working age and professional title And job scores were statistically significant. Conclusion: The general hospital nurses suffer from workplace violence is a common phenomenon, causing serious physical and psychological harm to nurses. Management should comprehensively improve the management level of hospital organizational environment and reduce and avoid occupational injuries to nurses.
