人民解放军已走过 75年的光辉历程 ,取得了举世瞩目的成就 ,在建军和作战等方面 ,也积累了十分宝贵的经验。包括必须始终不渝地坚持党对军队的绝对领导 ;必须坚持实事求是的思想路线 ;必须正确处理军队建设与经济建设的关系 ;必须开展强有力的政治工作 ;必须加强军队的现代化建设 ;必须坚持依法治军 ,提高军队的正规化水平 ;必须坚持质量建军 ,走精兵之路 ;必须实行人民战争的战略战术等 ,对我军的未来建设和作战仍具参考价值。
The People’s Liberation Army has gone through a glorious course of 75 years and has made remarkable achievements all over the world. It has also accumulated valuable experience in such fields as army building and operations. Including unswervingly upholding the party’s absolute leadership over the army; it must adhere to the ideological line of seeking truth from facts; it must correctly handle the relationship between army building and economic construction; it must carry out vigorous political work; it must strengthen the army’s modernization and must uphold the principle of " We must maintain the standardization of the military; we must uphold the principle of quality army building and the road to elite troops, and must implement the strategy and tactics of the people’s war and so on, so that they will still be of reference value to our army’s future construction and operations.
