初步學習過一些蘇聯教育理論之後,我針對自己的教學情況進行了教學方法的改革,一年來教學效果雖有所提高,但仍存在不少缺點。現在就師範音樂教學談談我的做法與體會,希望能得到各方面的指正。一端正認識、樹立信心 開始音樂教學時,首先要根據學生的思想情況進行思想動員,使他們端正學習態度,明確學習目的,並且建立學習信心,這是保證完成教學任務的重要一環,不予重視是不對的。比方上學期我教的師範速成班,學生對音樂課的看法和所持態度就很不一致:有一部分無基礎、不感興趣;有一部分想學,但不知如何著手,缺乏信心;有的稍有基礎但對學習目的,特別是作為師範生來學習音樂課的目的不明確。根據這些不同的思想情況,我分析出它們不正確的地方,指明師範生學習音樂的目的;又說明了學習音樂的必要性及學習方法。以後學生逐漸培養了學習興趣,
