本文应用“旋转分离”理论对离心压气机喘振的内在机理作了初步分析。同时,还阐述了增压柴油机在工作时引起喘振的外界条件。为了避免发生喘振,文中介绍了几种左移喘振线的方法。此外,通过试验证明:在离心压气机上采用双列叶栅扩压器,可以改善压气机性能,扩大压气机的稳定工作范围。所以,它是避免增压柴油机发生喘振的一种有效措施。
In this paper, the internal mechanism of centrifugal compressor surge is analyzed with the theory of “spin-separation”. At the same time, it also expounds the external conditions of turbocharged diesel engine causing surge during operation. In order to avoid the occurrence of surge, the article describes several ways to shift the surge line. In addition, it is proved through experiments that the double-row cascade diffuser on the centrifugal compressor can improve the performance of the compressor and expand the stable working range of the compressor. Therefore, it is an effective measure to avoid surge of turbocharged diesel engine.
