目的:通过探索高频小凸阵探头对椎动脉起始段狭窄的诊断,并对比数字减影血管造影(DSA)对椎动脉起始段狭窄的检测结果,综合评价高频小凸阵探头在椎动脉起始段狭窄的诊断价值。方法:选取我院2014年4月至2015年4月收治的156例临床颈部动脉狭窄患者。采用高频小凸阵探头进行检测156例患者的312条椎动脉起始段。按照诊断结果分为:轻度狭窄组、中度狭窄组及重度狭窄组。分别和数字减影血管造影(DSA)诊断结果进行对比分析。结果:小凸阵探头与DSA检测椎动脉起始段狭窄结果,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高频小凸阵探头对椎动脉起始段狭窄的诊断与DSA诊断的准确性相当,但高频小凸阵探头对椎动脉起始段斑块检出率大于DSA,因此高频小凸阵探头对诊断椎动脉起始段狭窄更具优点,值得临床推广应用。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the diagnosis of stenosis of vertebral artery by exploring high-frequency small convex array probe, and to compare the detection results of digital subtraction angiography (DSA) on the initial stenosis of vertebral artery. Diagnostic value of stenosis at the beginning of vertebral artery. Methods: A total of 156 patients with clinical cervical artery stenosis were selected from April 2014 to April 2015 in our hospital. The use of high-frequency small convex array probe for the detection of 156 patients with 312 vertebral artery beginning. According to the diagnosis results are divided into: mild stenosis group, moderate stenosis group and severe stenosis group. Respectively, and digital subtraction angiography (DSA) diagnosis results were compared. Results: There was no significant difference between small convex array probe and DSA in detecting the initial segment of vertebral artery (P <0.05). Conclusion: The diagnosis of stenosis of vertebral artery in the high frequency small convex array probe is equivalent to the accuracy of DSA diagnosis. However, high frequency small convex array probe has a higher detection rate of the plaque in the vertebral artery than DSA, Convex array probe to diagnose the initial section of vertebral artery stenosis more advantages, it is worthy of clinical application.
