在生产中常见到菇蕾枯败死亡,特别是第2潮菇发生后,枯败更为严重。菇蕾枯败导致草菇减产,严重时颗粒无收。一、菇蕾枯败起因1.菌种退化。菌种无性滋生(转管次数)过多,栽培种菌龄过长,菌种老化,生机下降,致使菇蕾因营养不足而枯败。2.环境不适宜。温差变化大,形成的菇蕾因受冷害(20℃以下)停滞生长而枯败;高温季节,菇蕾因高温、高湿、通气不良,呼吸艰巨而枯败;菌丝过早形成菇蕾,营养供不上而枯败;菇蕾因严重失水而萎缩。
