2017年5月14日,“一带一路”国际合作高峰论坛在北京开幕。到目前为止,“一带一路”发展战略从提出到实施完善,并且还在不断发展中。在此推动下,跨国经营企业在国际舞台上越来越活跃,对外投资不断增多,这势必会带来一定的风险。本文从文化、投资决策、投资收益以及产业结构方面讨论了企业对外投资面临的风险以及相关举措。
On May 14, 2017, the “Belt and Road Initiative” International Cooperation Summit was opened in Beijing. So far, the “Belt and Road” development strategy has been put forward from implementation to improvement and is still under continuous development. Under this impetus, multinational enterprises are becoming more active in the international arena and foreign investments are constantly increasing, which inevitably brings certain risks. This article discusses the risks faced by enterprises in overseas investment and the related measures from the aspects of culture, investment decision-making, investment returns and industrial structure.
