良好的德育水平关系到学生的健康成长。我国著名教育家陶行知把道德列为做人的根本,他说:“没有道德的人,学问本领愈大,就能为非作恶愈大。”学校应注重学生德育水平的发展,守护学生良好的道德品格,使他们明辨是非,知晓荣辱。小学校本德育课程的开发与利用,使常规德育成为一门系统课程。而校本德育课程的开发是一个基于学校和学生发展需要的创新之举,它涉及到观念的创新、体制的创新、管理的创新、人才培养模式的创新、教与学方式的创新、评价方式方法的创新等。课程的开发着眼于学生身边的资源,使德育课程紧密联系学生的实际,触及儿童的内心,使学生个性和谐可持续发展。
