我矿回采作业使用的凿岩设备主要为YQ—80型潜孔凿岩机,由于井下潮湿,并有酸性腐蚀,所以运行条件较差。一台电机一般只能用4个班左右的时间就烧坏了。这样经常需要拆装修理,既严重影响生产,又浪费了不少人工和材料。为此我们对这种现象,作了调查和分析,并进行了改装。 我矿YQ—80潜孔凿岩机配用的电机大都是JO_2型,风叶经常被矿石打坏或卡住,所以操作工干脆把所有电机风叶全部卸掉,这样一来电机的运行温度就升高,缩短了电机寿命。我们利用凿岩机本身需要冷却水的有利条件,对电机外壳部分进行了改造。原铸铁外壳改用8毫米厚的钢
