为了加速青花鸡这一地方品种的遗传育种进程,并为申报该品种进入畜禽资源库提供一定理论依据,随机选取剑川县300日龄健康青花鸡120只,公母各半,对其体重、体尺进行测量分析。结果表明:公、母鸡体尺之间相关性存在差异。母鸡体斜长、髋骨宽存在极显著相关(P<0.01),胸深和胫长、胸角与髋骨宽相关性显著(P<0.05)。而公鸡仅有胫长和体斜长相关性显著(P<0.05),其他体尺指标相关性较小。青花鸡的体重、体尺作为表型性状较一些鸡品种有一定的优势,为入选畜禽资源库提供了良好的基础数据。
In order to speed up the process of genetic breeding of the local variety of blue-and-white chicken, and to provide a theoretical basis for declaring the breed into the livestock and poultry repositories, 120 healthy blue-and-white chickens of 300-day- , Body size measurement and analysis. The results showed that there was difference between body size of male and female. There was a significant correlation between body length and hip width (P <0.01). The correlation between chest depth, tibia length, chest angle and hip width was significant (P <0.05). The body weight and body size of blue-and-white chickens have some advantages over some chicken breeds as phenotypic traits, providing good basic data for the selection of livestock and poultry resources.
