本文总结了大量试验数据,对自燃煤矸石骨料和混凝土的材性、有害物质含量、耐久性、材料放射性水平、混凝土的碳化及钢筋锈蚀等技术关键,提出研究成果及使用标准。並对此种轻骨料在轻混凝土制品、构件等应用技术方面,提出若干具体措施及建议。本成果具有明显的经济、社会效益,还为修订钢筋轻骨料混凝土结构设计规程及制订自燃煤矸石和自然煤矸石砂山西省标准提供了重要依据。
This article summarizes a large number of experimental data, and proposes research results and application standards for key technologies such as the properties of spontaneous combustion coal gangue aggregates and concrete, hazardous material content, durability, material radioactive level, concrete carbonization, and corrosion of steel bars. In addition, some specific measures and recommendations have been put forward for such lightweight aggregates in the application of light concrete products and components. This result has obvious economic and social benefits, and it also provides an important basis for revising the design rules for reinforced light-weight aggregate concrete structures and formulating the standards for self-ignited gangue and natural coal gangue sand Shanxi Province.
