用 3种茂金属载体催化剂SiO2 MAO Cp2 ZrCl2 ,SiO2 MAO Et(Ind) 2 ZrCl2 和SiO2 MAO O(SiMe2 ) 2 (Ind) 2 ZrCl2 (Cp为环戊二烯基 ,Ind为茚基 )催化乙烯聚合 ,分别考察了聚合温度及n(Al) n(Zr) (物质的量之比 )对催化活性及产品性能的影响规律 ,并初步探索了反应机理 .实验结果表明 :随着聚合温度的升高或n(Al) n(Zr)的增大 ,催化剂活性呈先增后降的趋势 ,聚乙烯平均相对分子质量下降 ;当聚合温度升高时 ,聚乙烯的熔点和结晶度明显降低 ;但n(Al) n(Zr)的变化对聚乙烯的熔点和结晶度的影响较小 .3种催化剂中SiO2 MAO O(SiMe2 ) 2 (Ind) 2 ZrCl2 具有广阔的工业应用前景
Polymerization of ethylene with three kinds of supported metallocene catalysts SiO2 MAO Cp2 ZrCl2, SiO2 MAO Et (Ind) 2 ZrCl2 and SiO2 MAO O (SiMe2) 2 (Ind) 2 ZrCl2 (Cp is cyclopentadienyl and Ind is indenyl) , Respectively investigated the influence of polymerization temperature and n (Al) n (Zr) (the ratio of the amount of material) on the catalytic activity and product performance, and preliminary explored the reaction mechanism.The experimental results show that with the increase of polymerization temperature Or n (Al) n (Zr) increases, the catalyst activity first increases and then decreases, the average molecular weight of polyethylene decreases; when the polymerization temperature increases, the melting point and crystallinity of polyethylene decrease significantly; (Al) n (Zr) has little influence on the melting point and crystallinity of polyethylene.The SiO2 MAO O (SiMe2) 2 (Ind) 2 ZrCl2 among the three catalysts has a broad industrial application prospect
