高师院校正顺应时代的发展不断对学前教育专科人才培养进行探索,以期从新视角调整人才培养的方案与内容。通过调查研究,本文从以下四个角度阐述了调整的内容:准确定位的人才培养,凸显幼师的专长;整合课程体系,培养应用型人才;构建专业的师资队伍,培养学生职业能力;建立多元、科学、规范的考核方式与标准,确保人才培养的质量。
Normal colleges and universities are adapting to the development of the times to continually explore the training of pre-school education professionals in order to adjust the program and content of personnel training from a new perspective. Through the investigation and research, this article elaborates the contents of the adjustment from the following four angles: the training of the accurate positioning of personnel, highlighting the expertise of kindergarten teachers; the integration of curriculum system, training of applied talents; the construction of professional teaching staff to cultivate students’ professional ability; , Scientific and standardized assessment methods and standards to ensure the quality of personnel training.
