笔者原来所在的学校是一所省三星级高级中学,由于招生批次的原因,生源普遍比较差,学生的素质良莠不齐,因而有了较多的学困生。在平时的教学中不少数学教师都发现,数学学困生中的绝大多数智力并不差,可见决定数学成绩的因素往往是非智力因素。所谓非智力因素,是指学生学习积极性方面的因素,例如学习动机、兴趣、情感、性格、意志、习惯等。现代教育倡导的是:“给孩子一个问题,让他们自己去找答案;给孩子一定的条件,让他
