一、现状分析及问题表现(一)现状分析在年龄结构上,我校现有教师114人,主要以中青年教师为主导。其中35岁以下47人,占41.2%,36-45岁39人,占34.2%,46岁以上28人,其中,本科学历78人,大专学历36人,在职称结构上,具有中学高级职称17人,中一职称46人,中二职称35人。(二)在教育实践中凸现出来的问题1.青年教师面对职业教育新课程改革新理念虽有所知,但只是知于表皮,课堂教 I.
