用电弧熔炼的方法制备了Ho2(Fe1-xCox)15Al2(x=0,0.2,0.4,0.6,0.7,0.8,0.9,1.0)化合物,用X射线衍射和磁性测量研究了它们的结构和磁性。实验结果表明所有样品都为单相217型Th2Ni17六角结构。随Co含量的增加,Ho2(Fe1-xCox)15Al2化合物的单胞体积V,晶格常数a、c线性下降;居里温度Tc单调上升;饱和磁化强度先升高后下降,在x=0.2时达到极大值。当x<0.6时,化合物均为面各向异性;当x≥0.6时,化合物在高温下出现自旋重取向现象,这可能与Co原子的择优占位有关。
Ho2 (Fe1-xCox) 15Al2 (x = 0,0.2,0.4,0.6,0.7,0.8,0.9,1.0) compounds were prepared by arc melting method. X-ray diffraction and magnetic measurements of their structure and magnetism. The experimental results show that all samples are single-phase 217-type Th2Ni17 hexagonal structure. With the increase of Co content, the unit cell volume V and the lattice constants a, c of Ho2 (Fe1-xCox) 15Al2 compound decrease linearly; Curie temperature Tc increases monotonically; the saturation magnetization firstly increases and then decreases, at x = 0. 2 to reach the maximum value. When x is less than 0.6, the compounds are all surface anisotropy. When x≥0.6, spin reorientation occurs at high temperature, which may be related to the preferential occupation of Co atoms.
