含sushi重复蛋白X连锁2(SRPX2)是一种具有细胞外基质蛋白性的硫酸软骨素蛋白聚糖。研究显示SRPX2可影响细胞的迁移、黏附等生物学行为,并具有促血管成作用。SRPX2在胃癌和结肠癌组织中呈过表达,并与预后不良相关。本文就SRPX2在胃肠道肿瘤中作用的研究现状作一综述。
The sushi repeat protein X-linked 2 (SRPX2) is a chondroitin sulfate proteoglycan with extracellular matrix protein. Studies have shown that SRPX2 can affect cell migration, adhesion and other biological behavior, and has a pro-angiogenic effect. SRPX2 is overexpressed in gastric and colon cancers and is associated with poor prognosis. This article reviews the research status of the role of SRPX2 in gastrointestinal tumors.
